"Easy to Adjust and Gentle on Sensitive Gums"
I really like how easy it is to change the water pressure on this. My gums are sensitive, so I started on the lowest setting just to be safe, and then bumped it up after a few days once I got used to it. It doesn’t feel too harsh at all, but it still makes my teeth feel really clean. I feel like finding the right setting can be tricky with stuff like this, so it’s nice that this one makes it simple. If you have sensitive gums too, this is probably something you’d appreciate, right?

"I’ve been using it every day…"
I’ve been using it every day, it’s been a relief. I’m usually mentally drained by the end of the day, so I appreciate that cleaning it is simple and it doesn’t get gross quickly. It just makes the whole upkeep part way less annoying.

"Actually Gets the Missed Stuff"

"Still going strong after years"
I’ve had my Waterpik for a few years now, i figured it might give out eventually, but nope, it’s still working, still working like it should. I use it almost every night, and it’s even been dropped in the sink once or twice. No cracks, no leaks, no strange noises or anything weird. For something I use this often, I’m really, really impressed. I’d definitely buy another one if this one ever actually quits.

I was a little suspicious about whether the water tank would actually be big enough, because that was my main concern. But it really does hold enough for me to do my whole mouth without stopping to refill it. Makes the whole thing way less annoying to use every night...

"Great little travel helper"
I picked this up mostly for travel, and I’m really thankful to have it. It fits in my overnight bag without any trouble, and as long as I empty it first, I haven’t had any issues with leaking. At home, it stores well too, though I do have to keep the charger and tips together or they can get a little messy. It’s not perfect, but it’s made things so much easier than my old setup.

"Not nearly as messy as I thought"
I expected this to spray water everywhere and make the sink area a disaster, but it hasn’t been bad at all. It did take me a couple tries to figure out the right angle and pressure, so I could see it being a little splashy at first depending on how you use it. Once I got the hang of it, though, it was easy to control. It’s made flossing feel way less annoying for me

"Easy to Use, with a Small Cleanup Catch"
I’ve been using it for a little while now, it’s easy to figure out. I didn’t have to spend much time messing around or reading instructions, which I really appreciated. The only thing is that it can get a bit messy sometimes, so I usually have to do a quick cleanup afterward. Not a huge deal, though — overall, it’s simple and gets the job done.

I’ll be honest, I wasn’t paying attention to every little thing this was supposed to do, but I did notice my gums felt better after using it. That’s mainly what I cared about, and it seems to have helped

"Much gentler than string floss"
I’m careful with my gums because they can get sore easily, so I was glad this didn’t leave them hurting afterward. It makes flossing feel quicker and a lot more comfortable, and I don’t feel like I’m scraping or forcing anything.

I was kind of expecting it to be louder, but honestly... it’s not too loud at all. Like, you can definitely tell it’s on, but it’s not annoying or distracting. Works fine for what I needed, and the noise level is manageable.

"Fast charging and honestly such a relief"
I wasn’t expecting much at first, but wow, this thing charges really fast. I went from feeling a little impatient to genuinely impressed quickly. The best part is it actually lasts me the whole week, which is such a nice change because I hate constantly worrying about battery life. So far, no issues at all.

I was relieved that Waterpik still had the replacement part for my older unit. I was half expecting to be pushed toward buying a whole new one, like some companies seem to prefer, but the site made it simple to track down what I needed.
Shipping was fine, and the part fit the way it was supposed to. It’s nice when a company actually keeps parts available instead of making a perfectly usable product feel disposable...

"Works well, just needs the tank seated right"
I’ve been using this Waterpik for a few weeks now, and compared to other water flossers I’ve tried, it’s been reliable. My biggest concern was leaking from the tank or handle while using it, but thankfully that hasn’t been an issue. The only thing I’ve noticed is that if I don’t place the reservoir on quite right, I’ll see a few drops near the base. It’s not a huge deal, I just make sure to check it before turning it on. Overall, I’m happy with it and would give it 4 stars...

"Works fine, but feels a bit overpriced"
i mean, the Waterpik works fine and my teeth definitely feel cleaner after using it. I just expected it to feel a little sturdier for the price. Shipping was okay, nothing really stood out. It does what it’s supposed to do, but I’m not totally sure it’s the best value for the money.
